Refund Policy

Please carefully review the course application and refund terms before registering to fully understand the regulations regarding course cancellations and deferrals to protect your rights.
 

1. Full Refund: If a refund is necessitated due to administrative errors on our part, the full amount will be refunded.

2. Once the registration is confirmed by our association, if the applicant withdraws for any reason, the refund policy is as follows:

   • Before the course/activity begins: Full tuition refund, minus a HK$250 administrative fee.

   • For fees of HK$250 or less: No refund will be issued.

   • Within 20% of the course duration (e.g., after ≤2 sessions for a 10-session course): 50% tuition refund.

   • After 20% of the course duration: No refund will be granted.

3. Policy Effective Date: These terms are effective upon publication. Changes will be posted on our official website without prior notice.

4. Modification Rights: The Association reserves the right to amend these terms.
